Liturgical Seasons for Children
One liturgical year and six liturgical seasons illustrated for the first annual children’s Bulletin at Trinity Church Seattle. Each season of Advent, Christmas, Epiphany, Lent, Easter, and Pentecost were painted with the intention to challenge children with a new picture of well known biblical stories and to encourage meditation on the current liturgical season during church service. Themes throughout include: light in darkness, steadfastness, Christ’s humanity and humbleness, and the mystery of angels and the Holy Spirit.
